...Webber off as we lose at Horley Town. That's three succesive defeats...
...Very dissappointing at Chertsey, an own goal the only consolation...

...Dan Moorhouse has returned to Chalky Lane after a short spell at Epsom & Ewell...
...How dissappointing was that on Saturday at Wembley? With only one game in eight weeks, lack of match practice was evident as we went down 1-0, which probably flattered us as we stumbled through the 90 minutes!...
...On Saturday, 23rd February, the 1st X1 play HOME v Horley Town in the Premier League 3-00 o/c ko ...
...Phil Page scored two of the goals in last nights reserve team fixture at home, in the win over Hanworth Villa. Adam Cheadle also scored two as we won 5-4. On Saturday, with no first team fixture, the reserves will be playing away to Staines LLammas, with a few rusty first teamers involved...

...Back to winning way's last Tuesday night at Cobham as an inspired substitution by the Manager saw Daniel Bennett score a brilliant Hat-Trick with three goals in six minutes to see off the home team. Neil Wicks scored the first goal, latching on to the ball after the 'keeper dollied the ball into his path. More in the match report...
...You will notice there are no more 'statistics' on the Link to 'The Squad' on the left of this page, only Games played & Goals scored. After getting the first 20 matches from Paul Ellis, i was told "no more" as some players were getting upset at the ratings they were given by Paul, se la vie...
...Congratulations go to Phil Page & partner Dawn, who had an early Xmas present last Tuesday 18th December. Dawn was taken to Mayday Hospital in Croydon where, after 14 hours of labour, she gave birth to 'Jaiden' a 7lb 2oz boy. Dawn chose to have the alternative birth, in water! Phil tells me both Mother & Baby are doing fine & he'll be buying everyone a drink to celebrate on Saturday...
...Neil Wicks had a Penalty saved on Saturday at North Greenford in the first half, but Richard Webber scored a penalty in the second half as we went down by 2-1 against a lively home side. ...Raynes Park Vale nicked a point in Saturday's match at Chalky Lane. Phil Page scored after 47 minutes to equalise, two minutes into the second half, & Neil Wicks scored what looked to be the winner, but Vale equalised with the clock on 93 minutes as Mark Daniels boobed!...

...How disappointing was that as we threw away a two goal advantage on saturday v Crowborough. Page & Wicksy were the Goalscorers with Mark Daniels saving a second half penalty, and Gavin going to hospital with a suspected Dislocated shoulder. We now prepare for the replay as the Referee decided, against the rules, not to play extra time...
